In the ninth video of the SHARING ART THOUGHTS series, Bernardino Castro, Director of the Portuguese Center of Photography (CPF), Porto, reflecting on the challenges imposed by the COVID-19 crisis, states that “it is up to culture to take this situation as a challenge and to consider new ways of reaching its public”. Bernardino Castro is an archivist and a specialist in Documentary Sciences at the University of Porto.
