The show opened on October 3, 2026, at the Gallery of the CCC – Centro Cultural e de Congressos das Caldas da Rainha, and can be visited until January 3, 2027, with free admission.
The opening ceremony was attended by the photographer, Teresa Couto Pinto; the curator Bárbara Coutinho, director of MUDE; the director of Terra Esplêndida, Rui Pereira; the director of the CCC, Mário Branquinho; the Mayor of Caldas da Rainha, Vítor Marques; and the City Councilor Conceição Henriques.
The exhibition brings together 88 photographs taken between 1981 and 1983 by Teresa Couto Pinto, who was the photographer, agent and friend of António Variações and closely followed the development of his artistic path and public image. Accompanied by objects belonging to the musician, the images portray both the defining moments of a brief career and his private life at home.
