MOAH:CEDAR in Lancaster, California is the next museum in the US to host the exhibition Days of Punk – Photographs by Michael Grecco, following a highly popular presentation in Daytona, Florida last year.

The show opened on February 4^th and will run until March 19^th, 2023. The photographer Michael Grecco joined the Manager for Arts & Museums of the City of Lancaster Andi Campognone and her team at the opening reception.

Days of Punk presents 112 never before seen photographs drawn from Michael Grecco’s archives and also shown in his book Punk, Post Punk, New Wave: Onstage, Backstage, In Your Face 1978-1991. To allow visitors a truly immersive experience in addition to the photographs the exhibition also comprises videos and soundscapes specially created for the show, facsimiles from Boston Rock magazine and original posters created by artist Dini Lamot.
