On October 15, 2023, the Centro Cultural de Cascais, Portugal, opened to the public the exhibition DAYS OF PUNK – Photographs by Michael Grecco. The exhibition is an initiative of the D. Luís I Foundation, with the collaboration of the Cascais City Council, as part of the programming of the Museum Quarter.

Present on the occasion, the photographer Michael Grecco spoke to the audience about his professional career and shared stories about the photographs on display. Grecco was accompanied by his friends Dini Lamot and Rich Gilbert, former members of the band Human Sexual Response, portrayed in the exhibition.

On view at the Centro Cultural de Cascais until January 28, 2023, DAYS OF PUNK is a multimedia exhibition with more than 100 photographs, videos and soundscapes, focused on Michael Grecco´s work between the end of the 1970s and the beginning of the 1990s, when he documented the punk, post-punk, and new wave musical scene in the United States, particularly in Boston and New York.
