The Frida Kahlo Museum chooses TE to manage the world tour of a photographic exhibition
Terra Esplêndida (TE) was the entity chosen by the prestigious Frida Kahlo Museum in Mexico City to manage the world tour of Frida Kahlo – Her Photographs, an exhibition consisting of a selection of 240 photographs from the total of 6.500 which are held in the Museum’s collection and which served as inspiration for the painter.
After a successful passage through Portugal in 2011, where it was seen by around 20 thousand people, Frida Kahlo – Her Photographs will now travel to the United States of America, Australia and Brazil, while dates are still being negotiated for Japan, China, New Zealand and Germany, among other destinations. Dates confirmed so far are:
- Nevada Museum of Art, Reno (USA) | 7 September 2013 to 16 February 2014
- Museum of Latin American Art, Long Beach (USA) | 15 March to 8 June 2014
- Oscar Niemeyer Museum, Curitiba (Brazil) | 17 July to 2 November 2014
With expertise in delivering integrated services across all areas necessary for the implementation of the projects, TE will now take on a new challenge and, in the future, organize the world tour of works by Portuguese artists.
