The Oscar Niemeyer Museum (MON) broke public attendance records last Thursday 17 July at the opening of the exhibition Frida Kahlo – Her Photos. A total of 1.200 people passed through the venue in the first two hours of the first day – the largest number ever recorded at an opening in that museum.

As of last Sunday 27 July, the exhibition had registered 19.000 visitors.
